Since its beginnings, SAHIVO, S.A. has been concerned about how to dispense food to animals in a safe, regulated way and with maximum efficiency and performance. We currently manufacture, install and automate the following feeding systems:
Dry Form: Flexible spiral conveyors, tubular conveyors with chain or ring cable with discs, pneumatic conveying systems. All of them in different flow capacities for the transport and dosing of granulated feed or meal.
In this chapter it is worth highlighting the possibility of installing multi-phase and multi-dose systems. These technologies allow a personalised dosage per animal or group of animals (mating, gestation, farrowing, weaning, fattening) to achieve better performance and health improvements.
WET FORM: SAHIVO has always developed feeding systems to improve animal feeding, which is why it has been developing equipment for the distribution of feed by wet form (SOUPS). By means of the MULTI-RATION system we can achieve a personalised distribution for each group of animals with sanitary guarantees.
BY TROLLEY: A system of controlled distribution by groups in a continuous trough, by means of distribution equipment that moves on rails carrying feed and water, distributing the feed according to the weight of the animals and their age (Feeding train).
BY PIPES: This pump system allows us to distribute feed in an even more personalised way, as we can prepare different recipes for different groups of animals. By means of this system, we have our own feed factory and can prepare different recipes and mix the feed in real time.
